We were deeply touched this week to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a handwritten card from members of our local community here in Cherryvalley.
The message expressed appreciation for our international workforce — recognising the compassion, dedication and commitment they show every day in caring for our residents. It was a simple but powerful gesture that meant a great deal to our whole team particularly at what has been a difficult and unsettling time.
This act of kindness stands as a reminder of the values that truly matter: respect, inclusion and support for one another. We are incredibly proud of our diverse team. Our staff come from many different backgrounds and cultures, but they are united by a shared purpose — to provide the highest standard of care with dignity, kindness and professionalism.
